the Depths

Depression

ron

Ron could identify with me,

  finding strength and hope from
my story of lifelong clinical depression.

"Last New Years Eve I was in a terribly low place (depression). I had many friends around me that cared, a stable home and a good income, yet I felt terrible and on top of that I felt guilty for having so many people that cared.  I knew time would change my outlook.

I needed and craved your emails - daily.  I needed that pick me up in a way that was private, something between me and a special friend who has been down this same road.

As time went by, I crawled out of that hell hole and bid farewell for the time being.  I know I may one day have to travel that road again, but I also know that I have a friend, which I have never met, that dedicated his life to helping me with the support of his Daily Good Dog.

I have passed this site to others that need a lift hoping it will continue to help them as it has me."
