I've known Eva for a number of years. We have become good friends yet we have never spoken to each other. She was one of the first of the Good Dogs. We stay in touch by internet. I am grateful for your friendship Eva.
"My name is Eva. I live in Gdansk, Poland. I have known Louie for several years. We have never met in person but I think we both feel very close to each other. At the moment when we met, we were in pain and looking for something which could give us a sense of life, more spirituality, a feeling that we are still alive.
After a while we lost contact. Both of us went their own way, still having a possibility to get in touch by emails. One day, I saw Louie’s profile on Picassa Web. I have read what he had to say and I saw the albums with his pics. I started to understand more of Him and of myself.
We both have sons and we both dedicated our lives to our children till they grew up. It was them for whom we thought our lives make a sense. And children are also the reason that we think and want to fight our weaknesses.
When I subscribed “Good Dog,“ I started getting messages from a different world, every day, day by day.
"Whenever I felt weak or weaker – when I opened my computer – Louie was there. One day I thought: "oh , he is so stubborn." But under this thought there was another one: "he is strong." It takes a lot of discipline to do it every day , thinking not only about yourself but of the others who are waiting to make a shift in their lives but they do not know how or need help."
Reading words of wisdom make us thinking. And this is what Louie has done – he made me think and also believe that I can change everything only if I want to do it. I did change a lot – and I am very grateful for this and I know there will be more changes .
